I periodically got errror messages with the rear CD changer (don't remember the exact words off the top of my head).Usually all I had to do was eject the cartdrige. The owner's manual does say that the player is designed to function °C°C, so I may be pushing the upper envelope of that. But still, the "stuck CD" does seem to be a recurring problem on a handful of X3s. Luckily the CD ejected normally on the way home, so it was a short-term inconvenience, one that hopefully will not occur. There's two crosshead screws on the farside of the unit, losen these, and then slide the unit up and sideways.. disconnect the cables. wait 2 mins, and then plug the cables back in.
